These Terms govern your use of the FolioSum mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FolioSum helps you track crypto and traditional-asset holdings across wallets and exchanges. Balances and prices are gathered from third-party sources and shown for your convenience. FolioSum is an informational tool only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not custody, move, or have spending access to your funds.
Prices, balances, and on-chain data come from external providers (including exchanges, price feeds, and DeBank). We do not guarantee that this information is accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted, and you should not rely on it for financial decisions without independent verification.
Some optional features — such as server-assisted wallet syncing — consume prepaid "credit" that you can buy in advance. Credit is a prepaid balance denominated in usage units and is used to pay for the third-party data lookups those features perform.
Top-ups are processed by NOWPayments, a third-party crypto payment provider, on their checkout page. We credit your balance based on the amount actually received. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency and settle on public networks, you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address; we are not responsible for losses caused by user error or by the payment provider or network.
Prepaid credit is generally non-refundable, and credit that has already been consumed cannot be refunded. Where a refund is required by applicable law, it will be limited to unused credit. To request one, contact us.
Certain purchase options are only offered in regions where they are permitted. Availability of features may vary by country and may change over time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to bypass credit metering, overloading or probing our systems, reverse-engineering the Service except as allowed by law, or using it for unlawful purposes.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, funds, or data, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on data shown in it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount of credit you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to comply with law. You can request account deletion by contacting us.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
